  • Outline of vacant rooms
    • Area: 5m2 division and 50 m2 division types
    • Electricity, telephone, and LAN wiring are furnished
             
 
  • tenant privileges
    • Free high-speed Internet (100Mbps) regular connection service
    • Barrier free toilet and shower rooms, napping room, and refresh lobby, can be used
    • ISICO provides the tenants with management information, new technology and patent information, management consultation, and financial support.
    • Free parking lot
    • If a joint research contract with JAIST is initiated, the tenants can use part of the advanced equipments of JAIST.

      • incubator room
          1,500yen/m2 per month (2,000yen from 1st April, 2003)
      • rental lab
          3,000yen/m2 per month
    • Fee for common service 500yen/m2 per month
    • Deposit is twice as the rental charge per month.

    Up to three years, but the period can be extended for another two years if the application is admitted.

    • 2 rooms for 5 m2 space and one room for 50 m2 space (ready for immediate occupation)


  • Application requirement
    • Incubator
      • Small and medium-sized enterprises that perform creative activities such as advancing to a new field, developing new products and new technology.
      • Small-scale enterprises that cannot afford to have their own office or laboratory
      • Newly established enterprises or individuals who are planning to establish new businesses (including students)
    • rental lab
        All enterprises that are doing research and developments.

      anytime throughout year

    • Please download the files below for application
    • Please submit to Science Park Office the latest three terms of settlement of accounts documents, a leaflet of your company together with the application form.

  • Selection method
      A tenant's examination would be held regardless of the number of applications.

  • Withdrawal of moving-in
      If any enterprise does not go through the due formalities or it performed unjust action, the enterprise will loose the right to move in the lab.
