Special Financing

• Financial assistance for those companies moving from Tokyo into Ishikawa Science Park
  
  For those enterprises whose offices are in one of the 23 wards in Tokyo, Japan Regional Development Corporation will finance them when they move into Ishikawa Science Park if their businesses fits our objective in the park. (Please contact us for more detail.) We refund you up to 50% of your cost to move in the park with the limits of 80% of the value for your land in Tokyo.
  
  
• Promotion of new enterprise financing
  
  Those enterprises who newly employ more than nine people from the local area can ask Ishikawa Prefecture for a loan with the limits of five hundred million yen.
  
  
• Promotion of new local industry financing
  
  The following industries can receive the financing from Development Bank of Japan when then move in to Ishikawa Science park: Industry which are useful in both raising the technical standards and improving constitution of business, which includes Manufacturing business, whole sale business, cargo transportation business, warehouse business, packing business. Other businesses such as Software business, machine design and other engineering business are also welcomed.
